Ravi Kaul lived in Tanzania but later returned with his family to his homeland India. His son decided to continue his studies at a medical college in Tanzania as it was his dream to open up a hospital there with his sister and serve those people who were unable to afford treatment.
But Kaul's son was brutally beaten up in a ragging incident. At the time Kaul was in Tanzania and had even spoken to his son, who had assured his father that he would deal with the situation.
